French Robot Forum Outage

For a couple weeks the server at French robotics forum kelrobot.fr has been down. This may be due to a fire at a cloud server facility in Strasbourg, unknown:
PARIS (Reuters) - A fire at a French cloud services firm has disrupted millions of websites, knocking out government agencies’ portals, banks, shops, news websites and taking out a chunk of the .FR web space, according to internet monitors.
Apparently kelrobot also has a facebook presence, haven't checked.
Website restored 4/10/2021 -- apparently there was some mixup in payments for the server subscription, failure to update expiration date on a credit card. Sounds like the hosting company did not communicate very well, send reminders.
Maybe all due to the disruptions of business with COVID pandemic.
