irobot i5 Roomba white clockwise swirl

Hello. Just bought i5 roomba from marketplace. First time trying it and white indicator on Clean button clockwise swirls. Tried to remove batter, waited for ~30minutes and inserted back. Nothing. No sounds, buttons are not responding. Can not connect to my app.
Do I need to leave on charging spot for a whole day? Waited for 3 hours until it charges but still no responding.
