Neato D3 Connected - Continous ask for "Reboot me"

After several years of honorate workinng, my robot seems to run into a hw problem, after he got stuck below the sofa: after positioning it in the base it ask for reboot, and after reboot, when you send start clean ... it ask for reboot agaian, and again.

This doesn't change after soft or hard reset, same problem: "reboot me".

No problems in charging.

I've scanned all sensor and motors with neato toolio, without find any error ... finally i tried to "Tools -> Clear files" from both directories and "magically" neato came back to life!!
