Dust bag for i3-4 did not fit, why?

I purchased dust bags for my i3/4 irobot roomba. Weird, but the plastic frame was too long. The base lid would not close properly when i slid the dust bags into the slot. How did this happen if I specifically ordered compatible under i3/4 listings? Has anyone else run across this order discrepancy?
