If I am remembering correctly, the removeable bumper plate (or whatever it is called) has about 10 screws attaching it to the main unit. 9 are longer and 1 shorter. Can anyone remember which hole the short screw goes in? Thanks.

I would like to update but how easy is it to downgrade firmware if things do not work out in my home?

Other than color the two brushes appear to be the same. The pet filter has much more surface filtering area than the stock Neato filter but although it appears similar to a HEPA style or design it is not. Sorry if this is well known, but does anyone know if the pet filter is the same as the VR100 f...
