Neato D6, new battery problem unable to use Toolio

Hello to all,

I bought a new battery for my Neato D6 connected... helas after initialy working great .. I presume it was because the battery was full ...in little time it was empty and it appeared that the D6 was not charging it...

I connected the robot to Neato Toolio in order to try the newbattery command.... but each time I go into testmode ....the robot reboots and I cannot try the newbattery command

I can only assume that when the command is entered the robot does not rely on external power ...but as the battery is discharged...it cuts the power...

How can i do ?

I would like to try to charge the battery externally but I'm not sure how to do it... is there anyone that can help ?

Hi ,

I face the same problem with my D7 .

It just restarts when I sent Testmode On command.

Battery starts shows green on robot LED , in robot control and neatotoolio is shows 16v in first bar est all shows empty and no value.

Have you tried a new battery? If it is a brand new battery, I recommend contacting Neato Support. https://support.neatorobotics.com/support/home

Hi,

I have the same issue as you with my neato that doesn't want to go to testmode as th ebattery is completely down.

Did anyone find a solution for this by any chance?

With the number of reports I've seen, I think it could be a hardware defect or a general battery failure.
Sorry, I can't really provide any more help.
