Hey guys , i updated nibbles my xv 11 to 2.1 . It has been running smoothly but as of lately (these past few days ) during a mission it stops every so often to say thanks for emptying my dirt bin. it never done it before i updated it . so i down graded to 2.0. its still doing it . it is annoying me because it repeats running around the boarder of the room . sometimes it says thanks while its on its base. Problem is the bin is definitely in . its weird . sometimes it says please put bin back in so i pull it out put it back in only for it to do it all again in a few minutes . Argh if it says please or thanks again ill scream . Any advice appreciated . .
cheers Nathan .
Now I've had him since bout this time last year . .

Send nibbles back before the warranty expires.....Scott
It seems like the dust bin switch is not making good contact. While your Neato is running the bin switch must be popping open. After that the Neato says thank you for putting the dust bin back. If the switch stays open then the Neato asks you to put the dust bin back in.
Try making sure the edges and bottom of the bin are clear of anything that would lift it up when it is in place. Make sure the bin clicks into the closed position to push the switch all the way down.
If the message continues please call Neato customer support at (1-877-296-3286) and describe this problem.
