I just exchanged my Roomba and the new Home Base makes a buzzing, or humming noise while the Roomba is on it. I am pretty sure the old one didn't do this. Do you think iRobot would send me a new one? Can anyone else see if theirs makes the buzz/humm?
Mine definitely doesn't humm or buzz, I would call iRobot and they will give you further instructions. My guess is that they will just send you out a new homebase.
