Neato D7 two red lights
Neato D7 two red lights
It so happened that when resetting the robot's firmware to the factory one, I was distracted by the phone and held the right bumper pressed for much longer. As a result, both lights on the robot are red. Resetting does not help. The firmware does not go, the firmware file is deleted from the flash drive and the log is written. Please help me with advice on which direction to go to solve this problem. And in general, I would like to understand what went wrong.

Re: Neato D7 two red lights
Sorry for taking so long to respond. I'm not super active, but I still check in from time to time.
Holding the bumper button too long during a firmware reset can interrupt the bootloader process.
The fact that the firmware file was deleted from the flash drive suggests the robot may not have a valid image to boot from.
I recommend contacting Neato support at this time.
Head on over to Neato Robotics Support and click on their help box down in the right corner, and go to contact.
